Syed Faisal ALGADRIE

MD/Co-Founder

Tuan Syed Faisal is a seasoned business leader with close to 35 years of experience in building and transforming companies across diverse industries – Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, Agri-tech, Electric Mobility, Engineering & Construction and more.

He provides overall strategic direction and leadership for the company, developing and implementing business plans to achieve growth and profitability. He also manages relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulators.

He served on the Board of Directors of Circular Economy Asia (CEA) and is a member of ASEAN CEO Club. He was selected as Malaysia’s Most Inspiring CEO in 2023 by APAC Entrepreneur.

KOAY Hean Yeow

CTO/Co-Founder

Yeow is a businessman for the last 20 years involving in various businesses, lately focusing on renewable energy. He is a USA Certified ESG and Carbon Trading Practitioner.

He possesses a strong technical background with experience in product development, and innovation management. His strength is in company’s start-up including strategic planning, market analysis, supply chain management, regulatory compliance, government liaisons and business networking,

He has been involved extensively with the running of a family-owned solid biomass pellets production for more than 10 years.

Jeffrey Lim

CFO

Jeffrey is an experienced finance professional with over 10 years in international trading, followed by a decade in mechanical & electrical project management.

He is proficient in corporate finance, back-office operations, and driving business development for multinational corporations.

Jeffrey handles all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. 

Tan Leong Kok

Head of Operations

LK has extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Management Systems; industrial consultations and currently owns a business in energy, metal fabrication and automation engineering for the last 16 years. He has great passion for engineering automation..

He oversees production processes, supply chain management, and efficiency optimisation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and production targets.  He also manages the operations team and collaborates with the Head of Technology to integrate new technologies.

Ahmad Kamal Zainol

Head of Business Development

Ahmad Kamal has a proven track record in identifying, developing, and closing complex business deals. He has in-depth knowledge of the bioenergy market, including feedstock availability, technology landscape, and regulatory environment.

He is responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals. This includes identifying and assessing new market opportunities for bioenergy products and services, conducting market research, and developing a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.

Chong Chee Chek

Head of Technology

Chong has extensive hands on experience in the engineering activities such as manufacturing engineering, precision machining and programming, industrial process capabilities set up, engineering department and QA/QC department set up, thermal technology research and development as well as mechanical design.


He identifies and implements solutions to improve process efficiency and reliability collaborating with the CTO and Head of Operations to develop and implement new technologies.
